“Our stay at Aptos Bayview cottage, could not have been better. The cottage is just lovely as are Joe and Melody. So hospitable. They brought us freshly made chocolate cake with fresh berries and whipped cream. Made us feel right at home. Very clean and bright, and just totally felt cozy. Will stay again forsure. ”

“I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this place was honestly unacceptable. As soon as we arrived, we got a bad feeling. The outside property looked completely trashed with garbage everywhere and broken appliances left around. We tried to ignore it and hoped the cabin itself would be better, but it was just as bad inside. The cabin looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. “BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine.……
