There were no USB ports, there was a screw drilled into a power strip and fastened to a nightstand. As a retired Firefighter I viewed it as unsafe. Paint splatter left on floor entry way. Tub felt like you were going to fall through. The staff was nice but the entire property needs to be overhauled or scraped to the ground due to infestation of roaches!

There were cockroaches infestation and property management was notified but did not do anything. My wife and I had to close our luggages and toss away all food to avoid other critters. Also, other reviews indicate bed bugs so we sprayed down the bed with bed bugs sprays. Room also smells so we bought Febreeze to clear it. Highly HIGHLY recommend to stay elsewhere but if you do, stay on 2nd floor, even if you have to walk far to the last room. Worst than some hostels I've stayed at 3rd world countries, but we in USA...

False advertising!! The property is beautiful from the outside. The inside is dirty and saw a roach in the bathroom on our last day. They didn’t have the pool, spa, the restaurant or bar open.

Helpless front desk.
We have stayed here before and didn't have a problem. This tim around was way different. One of the room's was having a party and yelling a lot. Around 1 am it got even louder and we had let the front desk know. Then again a few hours later and about 3am they said they had warned them but couldn't do anything. The party died down about 4am. So our stay wasn't great.

The sheets on the bed were not clean, when I called the front desk to let them know they brought me sheets and told me they had no one there that could change them. The room overall was not clean. This hotel has definitely lost its charm. Sad!

TV System was bad and plumbing had issues.
Overall place seemed nice. We had to change rooms three different times. First room TV was not working properly, pixelation, sound cutting out. Put in second room, TV seem to be working better but soon enough encounter TV issues as first room. They tried to fix it by tightening connection but after a while problems came back.. Then encounter issues with bathtub not draining after shower. They used a plumbing snake to clean out drain, but encountered same issue the following morning. When they tried to clear drain, there was a foul order. Got moved to third room. Still had TV issues but did not encounter plumbing issues there.

Absolutely terrible. Our room was riddled with small roaches. Room was very worn down and it didn’t appear to be renovated very well. Upon checking in, our toilet didn’t flush at all. I notified front desk and no one was ever sent. Good thing it was a simple fix. I fixed it myself. Our front door didn’t even lock. Will never stay at this hotel again.

There were long term residents at this property. Our neighboring room was very loud like a party was going on. One resident was living in her car as well..We stayed in a delapidated room with a mildewed shower curtain. The bed was clean.They would not allow my husband to check us in and I waited an hour to get a blow dryer from storage. Our maid was the only great thing about the stay. She was very accomodating and nice. From the looks of it, she is doing all of the hard work.I witnessed a man pushing the towel cart yell and bang very agressively on the door of a room and it startled me! I felt unsafe.the whole time we were there.
