The gentleman who checked me in (close to midnight) was wonderful. We were exhausted from a delayed flight, and he made things so easy. We had a good experience overnight. When we went to shower ADA shower bench did not go up, and the toilet didn’t want to flush until we tried multiple times. When we went to breakfast the gentleman was just reading his newspaper instead of tending to the guests food. The milk was gone and when I asked him if we could get more, he huffed and had me get a cup instead so he didn’t have to refill the carafe. The lady who was tending to the front desk just wasn’t there. She kept going outside to talk with a gentleman instead of helping the guests at the desk. I watched multiple people walk away because she was not inside. When we were checking out she was no where to be found. We waited for a couple minutes - someone else also rang the assistance bell- before the gentleman (the one reading the newspaper- told us just to leave the cards on the desk and someone will eventually get to them. The staff during the day was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

This was one of the best experiences I have had in the city. The staff were fantastic!

It was Okay but the pictures online look as if you was in pure LUXURY, it was an average room , I will really mislead badly I thought I had LUXURY, and it was plain Jane look and plus the price was the price for a Luxury room I could have stayed else where… now the Staff was very nice
