BUT......we got a warm welcome, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We had just finished 2 weeks doing dental clinics in remote villages. They couldn't find our reservation, even though I showed them our booking number etc.,and after a long hassle, brought us to a room. After unpacking and getting into bed, they were banging on our door, which i unfortunately opened. They demanded that we repack and move to a different room (4:15 AM), because they finally found our reservation and had put us into a regular room when it stated we were to be in a cheap room. After a lengthy argument that I probably might have awakened the whole hotel, my wife insisted we just go ahead and move - about 200 yards and a few flights of stairs away. We had a plumbing leak in the sink, but otherwise quite good. I've stayed in another hotel in Entebbe and this was superior by far.
