The facility and room was very clean. Great parking. Felt like a safe area. Nice clean outdoor pool. Great coffee. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the room we received smelled horrific like mold. The bedding and carpet felt moist. Probably a AC unit issue. The refrigerator was on but not cold. You could take the elevator up to our floor but the button to come back down was broken. The WiFi wouldn't work.

The staff at the front desk and breakfast bar was extremely nice and professional. The room, breakfast bar area and lobby was extremely clean. Also the food was amazing to be a breakfast bar. If ever in Andalusia again we will definitely stay at Holiday Inn Express.
