“wir haben das Hotel sehr spontan gebucht und sind erst nach 22 Uhr angereist.
Leider hat die hinterlegte Karte nicht funktioniert, im Zimmer waren keine Handtücher, den Duschkopf hatten wir direkt ind der Hand und es war, zwar wie bekannt, jedoch niemand mehr vor Ort.
Am nächsten Tag wurde sich auf Nachfrage für die Problematiken entschuldigt”
