“We reserved the superior suite. Once I stepped into the room, the entrance and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The rest of the suite was okay. We told the reception and thought it'll get taken care of. We returned hours later, and the cigarette smell was still there. We went to the reception again, and were told they already sent the cleaning staff to check. Well, it seemed to me nothing was done. I'm not even sure how this can happen. How can the staff not notice this? And then putting……

“Super vriendelijke mensen. Zowel bij het onthaal als tijdens het verblijf probeert men je zo goed mogelijk voort te helpen met vb extra handdoeken, coffeepads,.... Ruime en zeer propere kamer. Is op wandelafstand, 20 min, van het centrum van de stad maar zonder zelf in de drukke stad te liggen. Heerlijk rustig 's nachts. Een aanrader.”
