“We had to attend an event in Heerlen at 12pm and after flying from New York and driving for 2 hours we arrived at the hotel at 10am hoping to get the room early to freshen up and change. Of course with check in at 3pm this was a lot to ask. Both the concierge and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job accommodating us and had the room ready for us in record time. That is top notch service! The rooms were great and the breakfast the next day was fantastic. We had an excellent experience……

“We were there for 5 nights, It was a very depressing hotel . There was a red felt carpet throughout the corridors and rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable and basic. There was no coffee kettle in the room. After the first two nights I did not want to go there for breakfast because it was so indifferent. It felt that they were just slapping the same food over and over again. Would not recommend this place”
