“I travel often for work, so I really value professionalism and customer service when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, that was the weakest part of my experience here. During my stay, I asked for help with the laundry facilities and later with the computer/printer, and in both cases the front desk staff was not very helpful or service-oriented. The overall attitude felt indifferent rather than welcoming. I also had an issue with the airport shuttle. My understanding was that it was scheduled……
