Top Evergreen Hotel Reviews

Magnolia Hotel Denver, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had such a good time and enjoyed the free tea and coffee in the morning. It was in a great location."

Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown by IHG

8/10 Good

"Had a few issues here. 1st room the TV, plugs and outlets didn't work, no hair dryer, the safe didn't work. Changed rooms and also outlet issues and no safe. Big lack of lightening in both rooms. Hot water from the cold water handle. Central air/ heat control so had to have space heater brought up. One elevator door stuck closed for a few minutes. Very noisy between rooms and street sirens, etc. the Staff and Breakfast were good. Most ice machines on various floors didn't work. Maid didn't replace / leave cups or ice bags. Dbl bed room and bathroom were VERY SMALL? Will not stay at this hotel again."

Populus

8/10 Good

"Rooms are very small but have a cool atmosphere. The property amenities are good. The staff was average. We had one friendly bartender the first day. The next day we had one that acted like we were an inconvenience for him. It was 8 in the evening when our group of 4 stopped in for a drink, the bar seats were all empty. I think he preferred it that way. The other staff we encountered would benefit from some further customer service training. Location for downtown Denver activities was great."

Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center

10/10 Excellent

"Good place to stay for conferences or downtown events. Very short walk to the conference center, and 16th street is right behind the hotel so there is a lot of food and shopping. The hotel itself is well kept. The rooms are decent size and my king room had a kitchen with sink, dishwasher, microwave, and a good-sized fridge. The breakfast was decent as well, with eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, and a lot of bread, cereal, oatmeal and fruit options. I felt secure as well because you need to use your key to get to your floor. There is a convenient self-service store on the first floor, paid laundry room in the basement, and a bar in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again for a conference."
