"The main problem with this hotel is that the front desk is badly understaffed. They've got only one girl working the desk at a time. As a result, when I arrived by plane and called, no one answered. So, I called Wyndham itself, and that was a true nightmare. The answer bot could not find my reservation, refused to give me another number for the hotel, claiming it was "confidential" and gave me a very hard time about transferring to a real person, delaying and delaying, advising me that it could handle my issue or I could find my answer on the website. Finally, I was transferred to human customer service. I waited, waited and waited and, after 20+ minutes of waiting, gave up. I ended up calling hotels.com, and the local hotel front desk did pick up the phone for them. Caller ID. They cross connected me and I got to the shuttle bus and the hotel after about an hour delay. I checked in. The first room was inundated with a huge concentration of insecticide. No one had bothered to air it out before assigning it. At the front desk, I explained that I was choking from the insecticide. This same women, who didn't answer my initial calls did not apologize. Instead she seemed irritated, and mechanically gave me a new key & rm. # without saying a word. Bad experience. Not recommended."

"Avoid this property. Not worth the money. The only value is the location. Otherwise, find another hotel. The hot water was “warm”. They had no bottle water the whole week i was there. My room was hot, felt like the a/c was not working and when I complained, the brought me a fan…..to blow the hot air around. Breakfast was “ok”, no frills. Just not worth the money. Tried to cancel but expedia said the property owner said no."

"I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness in the room. I found buggers on the bathroom wall on the left side is the mirror. Staff was ok but didn’t give me no info about how to shuttle back to the hotel after my trip to pick up my vehicle. Driver for shuttle van that evening was smoking weed right outside the hotels door where they park to pick up passengers, it gave me a massive headache just smelling it. I even had to say excuse me to the two young guys that were smoking the weed because they were blocking the sidewalk that goes to where my vehicle was parked. Very unhappy and unsatisfied to see employees smoking weed during working hours."
