-on room receipt said we were on the 20th floor room 2009, there is no 20th floor in --the clesea or room 2009. our room was on PH lever room PH9
--chelsea 5 waitress never brought our food out we waited 45mins (We believe she forgot our order) she never checked on us the whole time very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
