“The place is very run down. The carpet in the entryway to my room had a huge stain on it. The room itself was not carpeted. It had a VERY old run down window unit air conditioner that was extremely loud when it ran (IF it ran!) The bathroom was extremely small with no vanity or counter space. I had to use the window sill (yes, the bathroom had a window.) Two of the three lamps in the room didn't work. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It looks NOTHING like the pictures on line. The……

“I have stayed at many hotels old and new and I have never stayed in one this bad. Literally the worst. So old and dirty. This cost almost $1,000 dollars for 3 days and they have some nerve charging people that. The rugs were stained dirty and old, the mini fridge covered in rust, stains all over couch and on sheets. Thick dust on window. Old moldy tub. Just awful. Bottom of pool had paint chipping off. Hasn't been updated since the 70's. This place needs to be completely renovated. ……

“We were there for a quick overnight. 4 pm checkin went easily. We walked the property and it seemed to offer amenities that people were enjoying. Such as the pool area. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower water smells like rotten eggs. My husband could not figure out how to get the tv to connect. Location is approx 12 minutes drive to the beach and Cape May destination offerings.”

“Great location right off the Boardwalk on Spencer. There are four different buildings, I was in bldg #1, so I can’t speak to the others. But Bldg 1 has seen its better day, but the room was typical for Jersey shore and very clean and had plenty of linens, soaps, shampoos, etc. Had a refrig and a microwave. Parking is tight and I can image it is a challenge if there in a weekend (I was there Mon and Tues nights). I got a call Tuesday night asking to move my car so someone could leave early the……
