“We had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and well maintained. The beach view was beautiful and very relaxing, especially during sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Parking was also convenient and felt safe. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience and we would definitely consider staying here again.”

“Stunning view!”

“Would not recommend. Room had toxic black mould inside of it, staff did not take concern seriously and said someone could come clean it the next day. Only once I elevated the conversation and advised we could not stay there was my concern taken more seriously. Other than the location being beautiful, this hotel definitely has had better days. The rooms are dated and the building is in dire need of some renovations (which would probably help keep the mould at bay) Unfortunately this issue……

“Very cozy ”

“Arrival was impressive. A friendly woman welcomed us and handed over a helpful information package with everything we needed. The room was super clean with a nice bathtub sitting close to the window. The view is amazing! The bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. There is a heritage forest right at the back of the hotel with walking trails well maintained. Beach is not far and we can walk down there in a few minutes. The hotel looks great from outside with beautiful gardens! We will……

“We didn’t have room cleaned during our stay. Not sure whether it is due to busy season or short stay. Only get fresh towels hanging to our room door. It is very beautiful resort and has direct access to the beach. We really enjoyed our ocean view room and had a wonderful time exploring the beach when the tides were low.”

“A quirky and comfortable little suite that was a good size for the three of us (me, my wife and teenage son), a few km from down-town Parksville. Communication with the host, Kevin, was great and he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.”
