“We liked location to why we were in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful if we needed information. Breakfast was quite nice and plenty of eating area. Adequate parking areas no matter when you arrived and during the day as you came in and out. We will probably return to this location again during football season since our grandson plays football at East Tennessee State University.”

“Reserved a room with two queen beds. At check in the hotel had over booked and would not honor my reservation. Did not give a reduced rate for their error. Very disappointed in the staff and attitudes”

“I was clean and nice place . But The only problem I have was in room you could hear the people walk above you. It sound like they were going come throw the ceiling.”

“My wife stayed one night for a work trip. When she arrived to the property, there was a strong chemical smell, like bug spray. There were burn holes in the sheet and the toilet was still dirty. The next morning when she went to shower, there was no hot water at all so she had to take a cold shower before going to work. She called the front desk about the sheets and toilet and that was fixed quickly.”
