They closed the breakfast station promptly at 10 even though they knew no one could get out of the hotel and that the entire town was shut down. Not one staff member shoveled the front entrance way, I get it that it’s the job of the plow company to do that but it only would have taken a few moments to shovel the front to make it a bit more easy for people coming in. They did supply dinner from somewhere on the Sunday night which was edible. The hotel needs some general renovations like maybe a coat of paint to bring it a bit more up to date. The 1 elevator that did work was not the cleanest. The hotel placed the blame on Expedia for not sending the information. Not sure I believe that. I reserved a block of 8 rooms on itinerary 72070112518982 and 2 rooms under itinerary 72070112349757\. Not sure how they arrived at the number 9\. We presented the confirmation information, but it didn't matter. We ended up making an additional reservation for the missing room. The problem is the coach of our team isn't responsible for making payment, I am as the purchasing manager. Please ensure I am given a refund for the missing room I prepaid for. The biscuits and gravy was very good, but there wasn’t any eggs of any kind to go along with it. Just not quite up to par with most of the Quality Inns I’ve stayed at. I was charged by the hotel and Expedia because the hotel said they didn’t get paid enough. The pool area was 40 degrees and hot tub wasn’t even hot. The key cards never worked more than once. Then, when the person got there, they fell asleep looking up tbe room! Room window had air leaks so bad, had to use the trash cans and some personal luggage to seal the curtain to try to keep the draft out to warm up the room. Otherwise, the highest temp was 62 degrees after 3 1/2 hours of warming.
