"The pools were filthy, on the border they had a layer of something greasy. The room was “premium” it had an exclusive pool. the shower didn’t worked properly. No AC control. There were bedbugs. The balcony was nice The food in general was bad, in some cases disgusting… when I asked for some ingredients for allergy they didn’t know and didn’t bother to follow back. The kids animation was good"

"Breakfast was typical. Server plated your food. Not sure if you could return for more rice & beans. There is no coffee maker, or water with glasses. Room was clean with air conditioning, pool area was large with plenty of seats. Over all, would not return. "

"My husband and I booked this AMAZING place to celebrate our 15yr Wedding Anniversary! From day 1 our experience was Fantastic. Leticia greeted us and showed us around and was extremely helpful in arranging massages and a cooked dinner in the house the day of our Anniversary! The house was clean and beds comfortable! One room even had an Incredible open air shower! The pool although solar heated was a little cool but refreshing and the grounds keeper Darwin kept it clean. There was a lot of great information provided about places to visit and nearby restaurants recommended. Only thing is that I would not recommend the Supermercado La Coope as it was expensive and had few options, we found other markets to be better personally. No TV was a nice break and the provided speaker allowed us to unwind and enjoy. Overall our time and experience was 10/10 FANTASTIC and we would definitely consider coming back! "The gentleman who was at the front desk walked out to the road. He asked for my be name and then took us to the gate and let us in. It's Costa Rica. We were WAY later than last call for check in. He took care of us. Nice little hotel. "

"The room and facilities were clean, my only complaint would be the area itself, out of control of the hotel. There was someone sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel when we arrived and there really isn’t much to offer in the area. We only stopped for the night to catch the ferry the next day and thought that there would be more to see. "

"Wonderful lodge! Liked it so much we rearranged our itinerary to come back for another night. Super quiet & scenic. Really enjoyed the pool, deck, restaurant, and seeing birds, monkeys and iguanas. Arrived too late for pizza the first night, but stayed to have it for lunch and it truly was delicious. However, learned later that Costa Rica’s ban on feeding wildlife extends to private property and bird feeders, so it would better not to feed the birds at all, or at least farther from the deck so macaws don’t swoop in for human breakfast food. "
