We call this unit Sundance Suite. It sleeps 2 . This suite is tastefully decorated with a rustic theme. With wood floors in the bedroom and tile floors in the bathroom, you know that this is a place you could call home. Double-sided fireplace in bedroom and bathroom. Also included in this suite is Cable, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, hair dryer, iron and board, WI-FI, Microwave, Mini-Fridge, Keurig Coffee Maker(NO KITCHEN)and even a Jacuzzi Tub for 2!

This is a DOG FRIENDLY (ONE dog only) Unit. Please Let us know if you will be bringing a dog.
$20 dollar dog fee per day. Dog fee not included in price. Payable at checkout. ONE dog only for this unit.

The grounds is equipped with a river rock fire pit. We have a Viking outdoor gas grill available for your use. Deck and best of all, WILDLIFE.

Heavenly

The place was PERFECT! I stayed two nights by myself and it was everything and more. When I walked it the room was already warm (heat had been turned on for me prior to arrival). I was super pumped to use the fireplace and it heated the entire space - so well that I ended up turning off the baseboard heat! The tub was the perfect way to end my snowy days in Estes. I spent an entire day at RMNP (TOTALLY worth renting a Jeep for - it was a massive snowfall and it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever experienced). Antonio’s pizza gets two thumbs up and Rambos liquors was a fun stop along the way. I’ve been raving about this accommodation to all my friends; it’s absolutely perfect for a solo or couples trip to Estes!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!! xo Thanks again Joanne & Jason! If I ever make my way back to Estes I will definitely be looking to stay here again
