"Clean hotel and excellent staff. A really good buffet breakfast too.
Later free checkout was allowed and that was much appreciated.
The hotel is in a central location, and perfect for exploring the Old Town.
It is in a lovely old building, but this should be taken in consideration as complete step free access isn’t possible from all rooms.
Overall a delightful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed for two nights at the Palace Hotel Tallinn and had a wonderful experience. The room was stylish, quiet, and very comfortable, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We chose not to include breakfast, as we preferred exploring cafés and restaurants in the Old Town—just a short walk from the hotel—and it worked perfectly for us. The location is ideal for discovering the city, with everything within easy reach. Overall, a great stay and a hotel we’d happily return to."
