Enjoy an ocean front beach home with your own private beach access, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms about 1627sqft. Large backyard with amazing view of the Battery Light house, endless ocean views. This house has its own private backyard great for good games of corn hole, BBQ or just sit down relax look up and out and enjoy the ocean views. You’ll see many boats sailing by, hear and see the birds flying above or chasing one another in the sky and hopefully experience whales spouting during their winter migration. “What's that sound?” you ask your partner, “its sea lions!” While you hear the sea lions enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks and the shoreline. Sit outside on the outdoor furniture, enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings, with great views of the sunset.
ONLY a few steps down from the backyard, your very own private access to the beachfront-oceanfront. You will enjoy walks on the beach, making sand castles, find baby crabs under the rocks. shell collecting or enjoy looking for Agate rocks. This home has a large living room with views of the ocean and lighthouse from the many windows surrounding the room. This one of a kind home is very spacious, peaceful, comfortable and great panoramic views.
NOW available to be shared and loved by our families, friends and guests from all around. If you get a chance, this is a must stay vacationing home spot to visit. No pets allowed due to allergies.

About the owners:
Hello, we are Ed and Lee. We went on a road trip during the 2019 winter break, headed towards Washington and Oregon coastlines with our children. We love to visit the many beaches along the way. Once we headed back home into California, we stopped at Cresent City, which we’ve never visit. We had to get out and enjoy the beach and smell the ocean breeze. As we were hanging out on the beach playing and admiring the homes along the oceanfront. We took many pictures and told ourselves (the four of us), “We will own one of those homes,” by the beach or along the ocean one day.

Fast forward spring 2020, a dream came true. This beautiful oceanfront -beach home, all in one, one of a kind home came on the market, after looking at many homes along pebble beach in Crescent City. Yes, we found our future retired home, vacation home and a home we are fortunate to offer to share amongst our families, friends, and guests from all around. It is so wonderful, eye catching, breath taking and unbelievable real.

We had a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked and check in easy. The biggest plus is the ocean view. Enjoyed sunset every evening right from the living room or patio. The house is in need of updating.

Chose this property for our trip to Redwood State and National Parks. Ocean was right in our backyard and it was beautiful. Kitchen was newly updated which was nice. Anything that we needed was readily available. Quick responses to any questions we had. Would stay again!

Perfect beachfront view

Property as advertised and very close to nice local brewery, coffee shop, and bakery/sandwich shop. Very easy to get to the redwood forest parks from this location.The bank of ocean-facing windows sets the perfect vibe.

Perfect spot for family stay

With amazing views of the beach and lighthouse (and private beach access), this property is only minutes away from the redwoods. Best place ever for relaxation, listening to the surf, and enjoying a hike. Would love to stay again sometime in the future!

Lovely location.

Beautiful views! Well stocked kitchen; spices, cookware and sharp knives. As described 2 bathrooms- one with tub and one with shower that was located near the kitchen. Worked for our family of four. sleep number beds were comfy. Cute town was a great place for our 3 nights exploring the redwoods. We would love to visit again!

Beautiful Views

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location to enjoy the ocean in the morning and the evenings and to explore the redwoods and wild coast during the day. The house was very clean. I picked and ate blackberries off the bushes in the back. The surf and tides, and rocks were all wonderful scenery.

Beach House Right On the Water!

This beach house made for a spectacular starting point for exploring the nearby Redwoods and California and Oregon coastline. Watching the sunset from the beach and waking up to crashing waves was amazing! The house is well stocked including a spice rack and other thoughtful amenities. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again!

This probably our 5thVRBo. Had a fisherman with us so we tried crab nets off the B street pier. Home location was perfect for our needs. View is spectacular. Really enjoyed our time her and home to visit there again

Great Stay! Amazing Views!

Nothing like waking up and going to bed to the sound of crashing surf. Or watching the sunset over the ocean from the living room/outdoor space. Or accessing the beach from your own private staircases. If that's what your looking for ... this space is for you. The house was easy to find with easy entry. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and the space was clean. The location was great jumping off point to explore the coast and play in the redwoods. Would definitely stay again.

A nice place to stay, but could use some care

Love the beautiful location and views of the ocean from the windows and patio. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed looking in the tide pools at low tide. The drive down to hike in the redwoods was easy. I rated it 4 stars due to strong cleaning smells in the house I found unpleasant, the furnace had been turned off and the house was cold when we arrived. The house could use some updates and care, missing light bulbs etc.

Comfortable home with an incredible view!

This house was the perfect home base for my family while we visited the many surrounding attractions and the Redwoods. The hosts provided many extras that most hosts do not. There were plenty of towels for everyone and the shower even included shampoo, conditioner and body wash! The beds were amazing - so comfortable! There are private stairs down to the beach and tide pools. And you just can’t beat that view! I spent a lot of time just standing at the windows taking in that view. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Awesome time!

We had an amazing time! We stayed on this property with the ocean right outside our backdoor. I fell asleep and woke to the sound of ocean waves. Great location for walking to many local restaurants and attractions. Short distance by car to our activities such as river and ocean kayaking as well as a whale watching tour. Short drive to many hiking trails in The Redwoods. Communication with property owner was prompt and they were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!! ❤️

A Unique Gem

This home is vintage in some ways and updated where necessary. The living areas are spacious, and the great room has a spectacular view of the ocean and lighthouse. There are private steps down onto a nice sandy beach with tidal pools beyond. The lighthouse is a short walk down the beach. There is no traffic noise since the home is situated on a quiet side street.

Amazing beach house!!

My husband, kids, and I stayed here for four nights recently and we are still talking about how relaxing our stay was! The house was very well equipped, clean, neat, and welcoming! Literal steps from tide pools, the beach, and the light house to explore. We had such a wonderful time! The beds were SO comfy and I haven’t slept like this in years. The owners were so responsive and kind. I’ve never communicated with any other property owners like Ed and Lee. They’ve really set the bar high for me now as to how they operate their business. These are great people who put alot of love and care into their house! Thanks so much!!!
