The Inn is beautiful and authentically Victorian. Original decor lends to a warm and cozy ambiance. Our room was spectacular: Beautiful, comfortable and cozy. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. There was no problem helping us with our heavy suitcase! The continental breakfast was delicious with the best coffee I have ever had. Lovely lobby and restaurant. Room small, but clean. We stayed in room 205 which was a little small but the massively high ceiling made it seem a lot bigger. The bathroom was huge and clean. The sheets on the bed were incredibly soft and the bed was comfortable. The building itself is very cool and has historic photos everywhere. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Great service and a very comfortable room and environment, including a large shared meal space upstairs in the room area for coffee/food storage and socializing. Beautiful well maintained/restored historic property at the edge of a cute little town. Unfortunately midweek, the on-site restaurant and pub were closed, but there were a couple other options down the street. The Victorian Inn in Ferndale is the best place to stay. This hotel is charming, accomodating, historic and pretty comfortable. The continental breakfast was also great. The town is absolutely charming and we wish we arrived for dinner and if it was just my wife and I, go to a few of the bars on the street. The newly opened reataurant served quality food that was clearly made from scratch.
