"House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

"We had a great time staying here. The location was near all the areas we wanted to visit like Spanish Spring, Orange Blossom, and the Arnold Palmer. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The owner gave clear easy instructions on how to get into the home and access WiFi. The golf cart was a lot of fun. "The cottage is cute and quirky with a great view of the lake. It was very peaceful. We spent a day on the back porch working while looking at the lake. I think it is in need of a deep spring cleaning, however. I’m extremely sensitive to smells, and there was a strong pet odor, I opened the windows to help air out the unit. Overall, a good experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and kind."

"We stayed for the weekend for a graduation in Altamonte Springs. The house was clean, well stocked, included entertainment activities, and conveniently located near shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, etc., while only being 30 minutes from the airport. I highly recommend going to the Secret Lake Park 5 minutes away. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. The beds were very comfortable as well. Thanks again for letting us stay!"

"Great for entertaining indoor & out. Didn’t get to use kayaks or fishing poles due to rain but available. Quiet neighborhood within easy drive of Orlando & surrounding attractions. . Only negative was soap available at a couple at a couple bathrooms but not kitchen or all bathrooms so would bring soap & extra towels. Would recommend."
