“The room reeked of mold. The smell smacked you in the face and the air felt thick and wet, it was disgusting. The floor wasn’t clean. It was covered in crumbs and felt grimy like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. You had to wear socks to be able to walk around the room. The bathroom outlet didn’t work either.”

“The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself. We were switched to a better room across the hall, the service worker got us a luggage cart, and offered to move our stuff. We declined his offer as we were capable of doing it smother ourselves. What didn't I like? Both rooms (and the room we had at this very hotel the precious week) don't have gnarled/……

“I’m checking to check out. We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous the rooms were clean and well maintained. We were only staying for the weekend but we both agreed that we will come back and stay longer because it was just that nice and I must say that out of all of the hotels that I’ve been to recently this one has the best breakfast lots of items to choose from and everything was very delicious. The location is great as well. It didn’t take us long……

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“My stay was short and sweet. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. The rooms were very cozy, but we couldn’t adjust the temperature, so it got really cold in the middle of the night. Overall, I had a good time.”

“The location was incredibly close to the base. We had so much nearby. We were within 15 minutes of so many different attractions, restaurants. The space was clean, I use the gym in the pool and enjoyed the free continental breakfast.”
