Bed was comfortable.

Perfect place to lay our heads for a night as we were traveling through. Would stay again.

Very easy check in and out. The room was very clean. The hotel is so beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

For the most part, our stay was fine, but, bless me, the shower temperature was a hot mess! Every 4 seconds (I counted!), the water temp cycled from dangerously scalding to downright cold. Every. Four. Seconds. And it wasn’t some random issue in our room. We spoke with another guest and they said they experienced the same thing. It was almost rage-inducing. The one other issue we had was that, although there ended up being several inches of snow covering a sheet of ice on the sidewalks, the sidewalks were neither shoveled nor salted. At least out the back entrance. Those two issues notwithstanding, Candlewood was fine. It was quiet, common spaces and our room were clean, they allow pets, and there is a Walmart (and other stores) about a 5 minute walk from the lobby. But would we stay again? Probably not, simply because of the shower. If we knew the shower issue was fixed, then yes. But otherwise, no.

Not the staffs fault but there was a hockey tournament crowd there and they were very obnoxious and loud. Also the room next to us was being loud and kept us up until 1am until I banged on the wall. There were 15 kids and 1 parent rough housing in the pool for hours so we couldn't go with our small children.
