There was roach traps at the doors into the motel, the room was clean and air conditioning worked good. We lost power about 9:00 pm. It came back on about 6.00 am, no power in the room when we left. Not Happy with stay!

I was here in town for one night for a business trip and the Quality Inn was great for my needs. It was close to where my meeting was going to be and close to a restaurant. For the price and the amount of time I spent at the hotel it was sufficient.

This property needs a lot of work, the facility is run down, the air wasn’t working properly, no shower curtain in the bathroom, hair from the past guest in the bathroom, toilet was nasty! My highlight was staff members one name was Tiffany and she was a breath of fresh air !

Property was well maintained and clean. Room was clean and fresh. Not enough towels for guest number on reservation but received extra towels within minutes. All staff were pleasant and courteous. Bathroom needs some plastering attention around shower head and ceiling over tub but otherwise well maintained.

I truly enjoy my day when i check in the man at the front desk was so pleasant. He made me feel welcome. My room was very clean i stay in one of the suites. I had no problems. . When i check out the lady was also very pleasant.as well. Yes i will stay there again. I give a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Everything was good the only problems I had was the bed bed spring was poking up. And I don't know if she was the manager or a staff she had a dog and the dog run up on me barking and I'm scared of dogs and she didn't stop the dog. That's was my biggest problem I had. I always stay at this hotel never had a complaint about my stay. I love staying there because it's the cleanes hotel in Monroeville Alabama.

The room was terrible. I found a bug crawling on my bed the tub had the paint peeling and the shower head didn’t work. I will never stay there again. I had booked for another stay in October but canceled the reservation. The only good thing about the stay was that they gave me a full refund and offered to discount my other stay. Thanks but no thanks.

OMG.. The mattress pad was stain real bad throughout look like wet piss that had set up and dried not only was it on the mattress pad It was also on the mattress as well..The bathroom was not clean properly there was a dirty towel left from the previous guest hanging across the shampoo and the conditioner, the bathtub was not clean at all there is mildew in the ceiling over the tub.. I had to go to Walmart and buy some cleaning supplies. housekeeper department does even deserve a half a star .. HOUSEKEEPER MANAGER or SUPERVISOR job is to inspect behind their housekeepers this would’ve never happened. This would’ve been corrected if they were doing there JOB… No Guest should never have to check into the room like that.

The lobby reeked of marijuana when we entered. The staff were polite. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and the front desk clerk came up to spray the room. The shower drain was slow and had to stand in an inch of water….
