Excellent location to explore Exeter City. Short 5 minute strole to the Cathedral and shop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only criticism we had was that the breakfast buffet was tepid at best both mornings that we were there.
I had great overnight stay for a work trip. My room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. Modern on/off button shower was good. The tv reception was not great (BBC1 didn't work), the carpet a little worn and the shower leaked to the bathroom floor but these were minor details and didn't really impact my overall view. I slept well, the staff were friendly and the best thing was the breakfast. Recommended for an overnight stay.
Amazing place, helpful staff, best amenities including pool and sauna. Have been staying there since 2023. New just refurbished room was given to me this time. All is neat, clean and pleasant.

Overall we had a lovely stay, niggly problem like over head light not working, noise from car park etc. The staff were courteous and helpful. Being a city centre position it was excellent for walking to the city centre etc. The wharf well worth a visit.
I 've been staying there since 2019. Great location, swimming pool, tasty breakfast . Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Just right place to stay.
This hotel is ideally situated for both the charming quayside area and the city centre. Less than 10 minutes walk down a steep hill takes you to the river and canal with their restaurants. 10 minutes in the opposite direction gets you to the Cathedral. The hotel is well appointed and has a spacious car park (fees apply). Our room was very comfortable and nicely appointed, although there were some lighting faults that required repair.
Very nice hotel sadly on my stay the air conditioning did not work and I had to change room due to a musty smell , reception staff very helpful and gym swimming pool very good .
Hotel is fine. Breakfast was fine. Room had no working air-conditioning but after making a call we were upgraded to another room where the air-conditioning was working so everything was fine.
