“Nancy was more than a host, she was more like our instant long lost best friend on the island. My daughter and I would absolutely stay here again and again. Nancy’s secluded property w panoramic views of the beautiful water (though not on a beach) was close enough to walking distance to EYC, Straw Market, Sand Piper Cafe and Elvis Taxi service. We had all the amenities downtown Georgetown had to offer within a block . It was so sweet stepping back in time at her lovely cottage ”

“We loved the place and the location — absolutely beautiful. The convenience store and restaurants are about 1 km away on foot. The beach is incredibly beautiful. The only downside: the host’s employee was supposed to pick us up to take us to the airport on our departure day, but never showed up. Fortunately, two girls passed by and offered us a ride. Otherwise, we would have missed our flight. But aside from that, everything was perfect!”

“Second time staying at this property. This property is right in the heart of the Bahamian culture. If you are looking for a luxury get away, this isn't it. If you want a beautiful beach all to yourself, mixed in with the locals, this is the place for you.Approximately a 25 minute drive to the main grocery stores. We ate in as much as we could and used the charcoal grill daily. The Cabana is right behind the home for great drinks and food as well. Be sure to talk to the owner, Amos, while you are……

“A great place to rent for vacation. Pretty much right between the airport and where the tour boats leave from Northern Exuma. Not too far of a drive to anywhere. There’s also an excellent beach just down the steps from the property. A few restaurants in walking distance as well. The floor plan is a little odd but the house has more space than it looks like in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need, nothing too fancy (hotplate, microwave, air fryer, toaster) and it’s fully stocked……

“Rachelle was the best host I’ve ever had. She communicated with my taxi driver to find the place, met me outside, and gave me an entire walk thru even though I arrived later at night. She also changed my check-in date free of charge. She had complimentary drinks and food at the house for me and also arranged transportation for me early the next morning to get to the ferry. She was communicative from the start, messaging me shortly after I booked and asked if there was anything I needed and……

“Overall the place was fine. Everything worked as it should. We normally stay waterfront but opted for a small kitchen area and ended up here. It is on the opposite side of the road from the water. Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come.”

“This is the PERFECT place to stay in Exuma if you want an amazing vacation. Everything was perfect - the location is within walking distance to the town so you don't need a car, it's in the most beautiful location where you can watch the sunrise every day, and the house is decorated so beautifully by Nancy. Nancy was so helpful in booking us transportation or helping us solve issues when we needed it. Highly recommend booking this spot.”
