After I checked in, the staff doing the check-in let me know they were having heating issues. He said if I was unhappy to call him. I was unhappy and called him and he moved me to a different room and brought me a fan. He was very helpful and courteous in a difficult situation.

Clean room, staff was more than accommodating in assuring every thing was up to our satisfaction also very welcoming from the front desk to the morning breakfast. It was very nice to no of other amenities such as , a excercise room,Etc we for sure will be back.
