“The air conditioning was not working and staff could not fix it.”

“Staff is very helpful and help us to arrange the taxi for our morning flight, so we don’t need to book it from uber which is much more expensive.”

“Very disappointed with this hotel. I booked a room for my parents, and the booking inclusions clearly stated that lunch was included from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when they asked for it, the hotel refused to provide the included lunch. If an amenity is advertised as part of the booking, it should be honored. This was misleading and very disappointing. I hope the hotel corrects this and ensures future guests receive the services they paid for!”

“Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy a stay at the hotel. After good communications with us prior arrival with regards to the transfer we had booked, that communication stopped on the arrival day. Without a heads up or any apology, we were dropped off at a different hotel by the transfer provider. Telling them that this is the wrong property, we were told by the driver that he was advised by Mariner Fener to drop us off at this hotel. The staff at the hotel Treekos (a sister hotel) explained that……

Bizimle yakından ilgilenen, her konuda inanılmaz yardımcı olan ve güler yüzünü hiç eksik etmeyen çalışan şefi Pınar Hanım’a da ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz. Misafirperverliğiniz için sağ olun, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer!”
