I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Wasn't charged a incidental fee and the room was very spacious. Check in didn't take long and it was close to the venue I was visiting. Really enjoyed my time in Fairfax.

This is a usual stop for me. Other than some perfume type scent in the room (I personally don’t like) everything is fine. It’s a simple and relatively quiet hotel that’s located conveniently to my route.

The room was clean and neat. The staff were professional, helpful, and kind. There is a gift shop and atm inside of the hotel lobby. The lobby was clean. The property outside needs a little more care when compared to other hotels. For example, the landscaping near the door was not kept well. It just seems the hotel looks older.

This hotel needs a serious cleaning and update. Parking was easy and lighted. Staff was friendly. No easy access to elevators from front desk, had to got up and down a few stairs, which wouldn't be easy for anyone with disabilities.
