“Peaceful and well kept property in a scenic location. Communication was perfect. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay - four big comfy beds and lots of little extras. The hosts obviously care about their guests. Highly recommend this getaway.”

“It’s a beautiful historic property. We were greeted on arrival and given great information about the area. It’s a short walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, temperature controls were available and felt very private. We did not get to enjoy the onsite cafe but will look forward to it next trip.”

“A convenient location and clean. The room was uncomfortable as it was an attic with several dormers, especially when the cost per night was in excess of $600. Another surprise was we had to pay for our breakfast ($25/person) when the room was advertised as a bed and breakfast. I would not stay there again.”

“We were blessed to snap up a last minute cancelation at Whale of a View cottage. It was our first time staying on Campobello and we were not disappointed. While the cabin hasnt been updated recently it is clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbeds, tire swing and hammock. We all enjoyed the screened porched and smores around the fire pit. Even though it was cool my wife enjoyed the quiet solitude of the Eagles Nest gazebo for morning devotions. We had two separate whale sightings and the……

“The propery was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and spacious. The location and the ocean views were amazing. The sunset were also very pretty. We watched the bald eagles flying above while we sat in the back yard. A perfect remote destination for a wonderful getaway..”
