“The room was not fancy, almost utilitarian, but clean, functional, and properly prepared. The only issue was a leaking tub spout, but for the price, who really cares? I’ve stayed in other hotels for 3 times the price with the same overall experience. If you just need a place to crash it’s perfect. I rarely write reviews but this was notable in being an awesome value.”

“My fiancée and I had gotten there extremely late at night. The night auditor was so friendly and respectful despite the late hour. I was offered an upgrade which I gladly received cause we we're extremely exhausted. We had a small issue with the bath however, the lady was so obliging, benevolent and courtious and being fatigued from our long day we didn't care to bring up the issue.”

“Easy to find and plenty of parking. Very quiet - away from any busy streets. Close to our reunion site. Plenty of amenities: fully equipped kitchen (with some food!), welcome package, laundry, and lots of sleeping options and other spaces. ”

“Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. ”
