We stayed for 8 nights and loved the accommodation. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. We loved the jacuzzi and the parking facilities. We will come back whenever we can. Thank you very much Santana in nature B&B

All meals were very good, food was replenished before it was needed so it was always fresh. There was always a good variety, and it seemed to have a good variety of vegan options (I am not vegan). Drinks were served in smallish glasses but they use quality alcohol. No waitstaff in at the pool or in the bar, but that may have been because of the time of year. Our room was clean and spacious with a very large balcony and a great shower and very comfortable beds. Rooms were cleaned early in the day. A couple days before arrival I received an email th check in. During the process you are asked the time of arrival. We were arriving at 8:30 am we got to the resort and our rooms were ready and waiting for us! They have a free shuttle to take you to Funchal 3 times a day. The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is huge and well maintained. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Staying at São Lourenço Guest House in Madeira was truly the highlight of our trip. The property is stunning, peaceful, and spotless, with everything thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. From local tips to daily check-ins, their kindness made us feel completely at home. It was hands down the best stay we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right at the ocean front with excellent food, coffee in walking distance. There is paid parking close by butbwe weee able to park free in the hotel parking lot. The lot is small so we may have been lucky.
