"The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. The building is a bit run-down, but the apartment itself is like new and well-designed for a small space, As others have mentioned, there is an odor of mold or mildew, but I could smell that in the outside hallways, as well. Since my flight landed at 17:25 and Reception is open only 10:00-18:00, I had to pick up the keys at a lockbox about 15 minutes away by foot. Something to remember if you’ve got a lot of luggage.
