“The hotel and the pub are very tired and in desperate need of rlc and upgrade/refurb. Stains on everything from floors to ceiling. Chairs in the room and the bar that should be in the bin. The cleaners do a great job but the whole place needs dealing with. Green King you are better than this. ”

“Good free parking when registered as a guest. Nice breakfast with a la carte and buffet included. Reception staff very helpful with booking tas. Room a little small compared to some other hotels we have stayed in and dates but McLean and comfortable. Two flights of stairs were a surprise but we did not specify a lower floor ”

“This was our first visit to the New Forest and it was absolutely stunning made all the more enjoyable by the lovely staff at The White Rabbit Hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in a fabulous location within easy reach of the most beautiful settings and the local town. “If you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby.
