“Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. First impressions was very surprising. Apartment was very clean. Bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Front room/ kitchen was also a good size.Private bathroom……

“From the start to the finish everything was perfect. Paul and Elaine were so friendly and welcoming, we did not have any issues whats so ever. “The whole 'hotel' was not at all well kept. The decorating was shoddy to say the least. Whoever carried out the decorating is completely clueless - i could give many examples - all resulting in the actually cleanliness if the place coming into question. Not good at all. ”

“Extremely comfortable home with a great sense of history. I booked for four days to take my four adult children and my teenage grandson away to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed some lovely walks and explored the castle and church. In the evenings we played board games in the cosy sitting room and the formal dining room made mealtimes special. We now have some very happy memories of our stay in Ludlow.”

“This is our 8th stay here. It's a lovely lodge in a peaceful, rural setting with a few other lodges surrounding it. It is really well equipped, comfortable an excellent find. We originally came for the steam railway that's nearby but our son lives close by so it's convenient for visiting. Jan and Paul are great hosts, nothing to much trouble and it's always spotless.”
