“After the warm welcome, we were shown to our room and all the room facilities were explained properly. The property has so much fascinating history and the current owners have gone thru great lengths to keep it all in the best conditions. We loved the breakfast with a great choice. “Myself and two friends stayed here as we were watching a concert in Leeds city centre. Location is fine and really easy to get a taxi into the city. Really quiet area. Ron is a great host and the rooms were fine. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Leeds as the price is great. ”

“I booked this property 6 months before my trip and Ivana the owner host was responsive to messages and helpful answering my questions. I never received checking in info so i contacted the seller via the app and the phone number given. No reply and no return calls. I turned up to the property on the day of booked arrival and found the apartment is above a business. I spoke to the kady called Ivana that worked there but she didnt know about my booking. She confirmed she owned the apartments but……

“This is such a cute and convenient bed & breakfast! Keyless entry made checking in/out super easy. Loved the adorable room which had a great bathroom and lovely amenities in the form of a tea kettle, coffee, tea, milk. Very walkable, very close to both train and town center.
