StayCotswold where great at keeping in touch with us had to contact them on the first night thinking they would get back in touch with me the next morning but they got back to me that night and even fallowed it up with a phone call. "Kitchen and floors were not clean at all. Food still stuck to cutlery and dirty glasses. Grubby work tops. Lots of cobwebs in the house, which is due to lack of cleaning. Bed & bathroom were clean enough. No mirrors in any of the rooms, we had to share 1 mirror in the landing between 5 girls which isn’t that great. To be honest if you’re not overly fussy or care where you stay it’s a great location and quiet village. "

"The cottage could use newer curtains,bed spread,and definitely a new couch the stairs are scary,wobbly and broken at the bottom step.the cottage is far from other towns and restaurants you definitely need a car.the kitchen was nice with everything you would need.we stayed 1week.internet was good.the heat was broken for 2 days in March so the house got cold but the management company was quick to respond "
