"The house was spacious, cosy, and welcoming and we were enjoying our stay.Unfortunately, our experience was ruined on the last day due to an honest mistake with the check out date. When we got a call around 1pm asking why our belongings were still there we rushed back (about 20 minutes away) to pack up.When we arrived, the owners were cleaning and were shockingly rude. Instead of speaking to us calmly, they were confrontational and...

"This place was amazing. It has been lovingly converted into accommodation with so much attention to detail that you don’t want to leave. The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. "We stayed as a multigenerational group for my mum's 70th and the entire stay was magical. The cottages have been built with incredible craftsmanship and love into the small details. The kitchens and living areas are good sizes with all amenities taken care of. The games room and games lawn were a huge hit with the kids as was the wildlife in the woods and the pond. We didn't even need to leave the site as there was so much to do."

"The communication from the moment we booked was quick and efficient with a very detailed welcome pack. Lots of suggestions and tips for our stay. When we entered the property we had a lovely breakfast basket supplied by the management. Every room was well kept and decorated. Our little boy loved it as well as my parents who are pretty convinced they want to now retire here. Fans were provided in each bedroom which were needed in the heatwave. Parking was a bit sparse but alternative areas were...
