The rooms were nice and clean it was peaceful. I would really recommend some of my friends and family to come and visit your hotel.

Everything was excellent except the noise from the room above us. It sounded like we were in a bowling alley. The person above us was a very heavy walker and it sounded like they were running a marathon late at night and early in the morning. The facility itself was very clean and friendly staff.

This property is very, very tired. Franchise owner needs to do his PIP (property improvement plan) or Hyatt needs to remove this property. Web site pictures are from the property's grand opening - it doesn't look like this now. There are hints of how nice it once was, but those days are long gone with the least amount of money going to keep this property up and running. Water stains all over the lobby ceilings, worn carpet and furnishings and a parking lot from hell with cracks and holes. Hotel is understaffed. Sign on the counter said "Be back in a moment". Only one attendant when we arrived during daylight hours and she was in the kitchen doing dishes. She was also the bar tender. No way this place has a restaurant, yet there is a sign in the elevator advertising one. Attendant was very nice and helpful. Arrived on our floor and cleaning crew still working - early evening. No room cleaning service the next morning. Asked for room to be cleaned and only towels were removed, no cleaning and no replacement of towels. Sink had been repaired, see picture. Something I would expect in a Motel 6, but not here - yet it was. Got to love the soap dispenser. Over all, not the worst place to stay for a younger guy and friends and Columbus is small. However, it's not the place you want to take your family. And it is definitely not the same place as shown in the pictures. Think 20+ years later and very little maintaining of property.
