Welcome to Hog Heaven - our newly-built, Razorback-centric home in South Fayetteville!

Enjoy luxury amenities and plenty of living space for EIGHT people. After a long day out in NWA, curl up on the couch for a good movie, whip up a meal in our fully-stocked kitchen or challenge your crew to a friendly game of "Hogopoly." Whatever you choose to do, you're sure to feel right at home at Hog Heaven.

The Space:
Located in a bustling, up-and-coming neighborhood in South Fayetteville, our home is within TWO miles of EVERYTHING our city has to offer. The Fayetteville Square, Dickson Street, the Entertainment District and restaurants like Arsaga's at the Mill and Feed & Folly are just 0.5 miles from the house - you can easily walk there in minutes. And if you're looking to catch a game at the Razorback Stadium, you can travel just two miles up the road!

The Space:

Upon entering our home, you'll immediately see the stairs leading up to our second floor. If you turn to the left, you'll enter into our open-concept living, dining and kitchen area! Immediately to the right, you'll see our main lounge area. This space is complete with plush leather couch, two lounge chairs, two poofs, 55-inch TCL Roku TV and subtle Hog-centric decor. Take a look in the entertainment center and you'll find our "Hogopoly" board game!

To the left, you'll see our 6-top dining table. This cozy space is perfect for communal dining, great conversation and board games with your crew. If you walk though the living and dining spaces, you'll enter our fully-stocked kitchen! In the center of this space, you'll see our butcher block island with two barstools. In the kitchen, you'll have access to amenities such as a Keurig, high-end appliances, plenty of built-in storage and, of course, a hog-shaped cookie jar. You'll also have access to a large glass door leading out to the side of the house.

If you head upstairs, you'll immediately notice our faux grass photo wall featuring a huge "Arkansas" sign! This is the perfect place to capture a few photos before heading to a game or a night out.

When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four beds. (1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, 40-inch TCL Roku TV and stunning en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom has a Queen bed with a closet, 40-inch TCL Smart TV and shared bath. (3-4) Our third bedroom has a Queen bunkbed, closet, 40-inch Hisense Smart TV, a Play Station console and a shared bath.

If you're looking to experience Fayetteville like a local, venture just 0.5 miles outside the front door! The Fayetteville Square, Dickson Street, the Entertainment District and restaurants like Arsaga's at the Mill, Crisis Brewing and Feed & Folly are just STEPS away.

Guest Access:
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.
Please note the property has 3 exterior cameras and a doorbell camera for security purposes.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
