Located within MINUTES of everything Fayetteville has to offer, The Perch is the perfect home base for anyone looking to experience Northwest Arkansas like a local. Walk, run or bike 0.2 miles down the road to hop on the Razorback Greenway, drive 1 mile up the road to experience the bustling Downtown Fayetteville or hop on a scooter to visit the University of Arkansas for a game or a campus tour.

At home, enjoy luxury amenities for up to six people! Unwind on one of our two porches, cook up a meal in our open-concept kitchen or cozy up on the sectional for a movie night in. Whatever you choose, The Perch is sure to favorite home away from home.
The space:
Upon entering our home, you'll be greeted by our staircase, which leads to the second and third floors. On the second floor, enjoy our open-concept living room and kitchen!
Directly at the top of the stairs you'll see our bright, inviting living room. Here, you'll find our large gray sectional, lounge chair, 38-inch Samsung Smart TV, a built-in shelf lots of games and a ton of natural light. Step into our kitchen and you'll find barstool seating for four, a large kitchen island, lots of built-in storage and everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or baked good.
When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private suites. On the first floor you'll find (1) our first Master bedroom, which is complete with a King-size bed, closet, 43-inch JVC Roku TV, door leading to the porch and en suite bath. On the third floor, you'll find (2) our second Master bedroom, which is complete with a King bed, closet, 43-inch JVC Roku TV and en suite bath. Down the hall, you'll find (3) our third bedroom, which has a King bed, closet, 43-inch JVC Roku TV and a nearby bath.
Outside, unwind in either of our two outdoor living spaces! On the bottom floor, you'll find our covered patio with a dining table for six. On the second floor, you'll find a Charbroil propane grill and lounge area.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
