Staff needs to work on customer service skills. I arrived sat night March 18th 2023. The gentleman at that time was a lil unpleasant. I seen my payment took off on back statement. But he was really nasty about the whole situation.

The staff was extremely friendly, with that being shared. The facility itself is worn, lamps in rooms with rust on them, tv remotes non working, bathtub caulking needing resealed, carpet not thoroughly cleaned. Outside piles of leaves to walk through to get to an entrance. The bed was extremely comfortable.

They didn’t have coffe out . They would leave the coffee containers out but only filled them in the early morning. One night out of the 4 I was lucky to find a small warm cup. Plus the breakfast was in the next building. But the hotel was very clean.
