"The worst. I visited Kartrite Water Park yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. A large portion of the attractions and entertainment options were closed, which significantly limited what there was to do. Considering the price of admission, I expected a full experience, but that wasn’t the case. On top of that, the park was extremely crowded. With so many people and fewer attractions available, wait times were long and the overall atmosphere felt overwhelming rather than enjoyable. It was difficult to relax or fully enjoy the day. Overall, I was expecting a fun and well-managed visit, but the combination of closures and heavy crowds made it fall short. I hope the park improves availability and crowd management in the future."

"Great facility, excellent pool, but not enough seats. Air conditioner in the room was blowing 88F. No reaction from staff. Had to call everyone to get a replacement room. No overnight desk service. Found a hair in the food, disgusting. Parking is ok. No EV charger. Resort needs better management. "
