“Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible. En revanche, plusieurs points positifs : le petit-déjeuner……

Es ist da so dreckig, dass wir sogar Haarstoppeln im Badezimmer hatten. Es war eine absolute Katastrophe. Hotels.com konnte uns da auch nicht weiterhelfen, obwohl wir 5-6 Stunden telefoniert haben. Die Matratzen sind so dünn, und mit Federn „ausgestattet“. Man konnte beim liegen jede einzelne Feder spüren und man……

“We had a wonderful stay at Cala del Porto Hotel. The staff were exceptional; friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. From the front desk to the breakfast team and housekeeping, everyone was accommodating and kind, which really made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free.”

“Very pleasant stay, room looked fairly recently renovated, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was better than most Italian hotels I've stayed in of similar rating amd reception staff very friendly. Hotel is a little isolated so you really have to have a car to stay there, but very happy with my stay and would happily stay again. ”
