Franceaco is a great host happy to help with carrying luggage up to the appartment which is on the fourth floor. His cat is very friendly and even though no air conditioning big windows to open and Franceaco provided a fan. Kettle and fridge avaiable if required. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going.”
