“酒店面对海湾，景色很美。隔壁的餐厅味道也不错，就是早餐比较简单，而且每天一样。”

“Do NOT stay here. It is not a 4 star hotel. Not even close. There was so much mold in our bathroom. It was shocking. Especially because house keeping allegedly cleans everyday. So how is mold not called out?? The walls are also PAPER thin. We were able to clearly understand what people were saying through the walls. No privacy and no sleep. Paid extra for a view of the ocean but didn’t enjoy the balcony once for how poorly maintained and dirty it was. The mini fridge didn’t work. They……

“Struttura pulitissima, centrale e con personale super gentile e premuroso. La camera ampia, letto comodissimo e insonorizzazione ottima, considerando che dava proprio sulla strada. Colazione con tanta scelta, abbondante con tutti i prodotti freschi e buonissimi. Non abbiamo provato la Spa ma sarà la cosa che faremo se e quando torneremo a Rapallo!”

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”

I spend a few hours in the spa and was incredible, including a massage in the salt bed. I wanted to cry went I left because wanted to stay longer. Solo trip”
