The Hotel Touring is perfectly located near the Este Castle and museums. The building is recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is excellent. Above all, the staff was congenial and always helpful.

Everything was perfect. The location is simply wonderful: right in the historic center of Ferrara. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. We were just disappointed to learn at check-in that the hotel had only four parking spaces and that they needed to be reserved in advance. We would have preferred to know this beforehand, as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However, they made us pay 7€ for 24hours of park on street parking places and they edited the parking ticket for us. Breakfast was good! Thank you so much for the stay!

Excellent place, I will pay a visit again! Staff super helpful and service at breakfast excellent. Barista provided with endless of tasty cappuccino’s espresso's. I had a small room - too small especially the shower was challenging to get in and out (if I were fatter I could see it become an actual issue). Got the impression that the sound isolation could be better but not a problem for me. That the shuttle bus to Bologna airport starts from the property is alone a good reason to pick this hotel. Location to the center of everything also makes this hard to beat.

Breakfast was excellent. Great variety buffet style so you can serve yourself. The staff were friendly. The only disappointment was the initial room we were given had no air-conditioning and it was 28°C outside and 35 Celsius in the room! Fortunately, we were moved to a different room after reporting the broken AC. Hotel should not be renting rooms in this temperature without air conditioner.

Excellent and convenient

Very conveniently located hotel, right in the town centre but quiet. My room was in the annexe which was a bit dated but absolutely fine, very clean. The main hotel was very modern and tastefully decorated. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast with gluten free items available, I will stay again.

The location is good but there was no air conditioning as advertised and the room was extremely hot and the advertised parking was not available and after a long trip we had to find a parking spot on the streets which is not an easy task in Ferrara and then walk 10min to the Hotel. The staff was not very helpful to address these issues, do not recommend it.

Wonderful, Quiet Hotel with a Few Excentricities

Everything was great about the hotel, including a tasty breakfast buffet. However, my room did not have a window, and I couldn't figure out why. The room seemed to face the street, so...? There was a door in the room that seemed to be an exit external to the hotel, but I could not open it. It was locked, so it was useless as an emergency exit. This door had a window, but it was opaque, and only provided daylight, no external view.
