The area felt super dangerous, with hooded people standing around the corner. It is far from the city center and does not feel safe to come back walking at night (area deserted by 8 pm). Had major problem with room keys (had to change rooms after 4 back-and-forth to the reception). Reception staff not the friendliest attitude either. Alloggio: la camera standard è paziosa, pulita, funzionale e carina; il termostato è scomodo; attenzione alla doccia, è estremamente scivolosa. Struttura: moderna, pulita e attrezzata; il personale della reception è gentile ma poco preparato/informato sulla città (informatevi su internet o presso il Comune). Alla richiesta di possibilità di cambiarli con cuscini più bassi il personale si è prodigato ma purtroppo sembra che sia l'unica tipologia di cuscini disponibili.
