The pool area, even though we didn’t get to use it because of the weather, is pristine. The stairwells and the balconies, everything is clean and decorated beautifully. The service is OFF THE CHARTS! The guys that work there are exceptional and go above and beyond to help with bags, directions, anything. Breakfast is AMAZING!!!! My only complaint would be the handheld shower situation. It has one of those half glass shower doors, so basically the entire bathroom can get flooded with water every time you shower. And there is pretty much a limit of only getting one towel per person. Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit salad, pastries, yoghurt, different types of bread freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. Room nice and a good location. Great shower and very very clean. It was in a very good location. Shout out to Mohammad for making us feel at home. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The location is perfect, walkable to all the sights, friendly and helpful staff. I’d suggest bringing shampoo and conditioner. Staff were amazing very kind and helpful. It’s is very close to the blue gate and museum. He personally took us to the nearby restaurant area and gave us warning to avoid falling victims to scammers. He came to pick us up from the restaurant after dinner. He always welcomed us with a big smile and quickly responded to our requests.
