“The Chelsea Suites is dirty with delabidated and falling apart slum like building and also very dirty environment that scared the ship out of me that I had to leave in a hurry for fear of my life. I was so angry that they potrayed themselves as a 4 star hotel. I wish to demand for the refund of my money as I didn't stay in that hotel for fear of my life. That hotel is a fraud and I want hotel.com to take note of this.”
